Ingredients

4lbs. precooked chicken

1lb. cheddar cheese

1 large can diced green chilis

1 bunch green onions

3 cans cream of chicken soup

1/3 C milk

16 oz sour cream

1/3 C salsa

tortillas - approx 2 doz

Preparation

Mix chicken, cheese, & onion in one bowl. Mix chilis, soup, milk, sour cream, and salsa in another bowl. Fill toritilla with chicken mixture add sauce then cover enchiladas with remaining sauce. Bake 375* for 30-40 minutes.
