Ingredients
4 chicken breasts; 1 TB butter; 1/2 onion; 8 oz.cream cheese; 1 can green chiles; garlic; salt
Preparation
Boil chicken about 20 mins. and set aside; saute butter and onions together; then add cream cheese to butter and onions; then mix in green chiles and add garlic and salt to taste; dice chicken and add to mixture; wrap mixture in tortillas; add a small amount of whipping cream to the bottom of a pyrex pan; place wraps in pan and put a little cream on top; bake 45 mins.
