Ingredients
10 soft taco size flour tortillas
3 cups cooked and chopped chicken seasoned with Tony’s
1 cup green salsa (Tejano medium)
1 4oz can chopped green chilies (not drained)
2 1/2 cups of whipping cream
2 cups of shredded monterey jack cheese
Preparation
Roll mixture in tortilla and put seam side down in prepared baking dish, cover with whipping cream and shredded cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 350 and then cover and bake 15 minutes more
