Ingredients
4 chicken breasts, boiled
1 can Cream of Chicken
1 can Cream of Mushroom
1 can Chili No Beans
1/2 cup Milk
1 small can sliced Olives
1 Onion chopped
1/2 lb Cheddar Cheese
1/2 lb Jack Cheese
12 Corn Tortillas
Preparation
Shred 4 chicken breasts. Mix can cream of mushroom, cream of chicken, can chili no beans, 1/2 cup milk, small can ortega diced chili peppers, 1 onion chopped, and small can of sliced olives.
Layer 1/2 the chicken, then 1/2 the tortillas shredded into strips, 1/2 the mix, then half the cheese. Repeat the layering again.
Bake at 350 for 45 mins.
Serve with sour cream and salsa.
