Ingredients

-1 T. dried thyme

-1 T. dried oregano

-1 T. ground cumin

-1 T. paprika

-1 t onion powder

-1/2 t Salt

-1/2 t Pepper

-Chicken Breasts (up to 6)

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients (except the chicken)
  2. Rub the mixture evenly over the chicken
  3. Place the chicken in a zip-lock bag. Seal and chill for at least 4 hours
  4. Grill the chicken 8-10 minutes on each side
