Ingredients
8 Half Chicken Breasts
2 (10 oz) packages frozen broccoli spears OR 2 to 3 pounds fresh broccoli
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
1 cup chicken broth
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 1/4 cups grated mild Cheddar cheese
1 cup (1/2 pint) sour cream, at room temperature

Preparation
- Simmer chicken in lightly salted water to cover for 25 minutes (10 minutes for boneless) or just until cooked through. Skin and bone cooked chicken.
- Cook broccoli and drain.
- Over medium heat, melt butter in stainless steel, glass or enamel saucepan. Stir in flour and cook until bubbly. Add broth and Worcestershire sauce; cook, stirring until thickened.
- Reduce heat and stir in 1 cup of the cheese, heating gently until melted.
- Empty sour cream into medium bowl; gradually add cheese sauce, stirring constantly. Salt to taste.
- Arrange broccoli in 8 portions in baking dish. Top each with half a chicken breast, pour sauce over all. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and paprika.
- Bake at 325 degrees F. 20 minutes or until heated through. Brown under broiler if desired.
