Ingredients
3 cups cooked chicken
2 10 oz pkgs cooked broccoli
2 T butter
salt and pepper
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 cup cream
1/2 cup white wine
1 T lemon juice
1/2 cup mayo
Parmesan cheese
Preparation
Butter casserole dish. Layer chicken and broccoli, dot with butter, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Heat soup and cream; when ho9t, add wine, cheese, and lemon juice. After cheese melts, add mayonnaise.
Pour cheese mixture over chicken and broccoli; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350 until sauce bubbles (approximately 25 minutes).
