Ingredients

3 chicken breasts, cooked and cut into bite-sized pieces

1 bag frozen broccoli

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 can cream of celery or cream of broccoli soup

1 cup sour cream

1 cup mayonnaise

2 cups shreded sharp cheddar cheese

2 Tblsp curry powder

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350. Place frozen broccoli in bottom of 9X13 baking dish. Sprinkle cooked chicken on top of the broccoli. Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl until well mixed. Spread the soup mixture over the chicken, covering it entirely. Sprinkle parmesan or romano cheese over the top. Bake for about 40 minutes or until bubbly. Serve over rice.
