Ingredients
2 large cans of chopped chicken breasts, drained
1 cup cheese
1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon (Real Bacon Bits are a good substitute)
2 chopped scallions (green and white parts)
Sour Cream
Preparation
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Put enough sour cream to make a good dip consistency. Transfer to a shallow baking dish. Bake at 350* until brown and bubbly. Enjoy with your favorite fancy but sturdy cracker.
