Ingredients
One 4.7 oz. package Farmhouse® Herb & Butter Pasta
2 cups mushrooms, sliced
1 cup onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 Tablespoons butter or margarine
3/4 lb. boneless, skinless chicken, sliced
1-1/3 cups water
2/3 cup milk
3 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 Tablespoons parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
In a large skillet, sauté mushrooms, onions and garlic in butter or margarine until golden. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink. Add water, milk, pasta and contents of seasoning packet; bring just to a boil. Reduce heat and cook 12 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in Dijon mustard and season to taste with salt and pepper. Before serving, top with chopped parsley.
