Ingredients
8 pieces chicken skinless, boneless chicken breast
1 stick butter
1 cup white wine
1 tsp. dijon mustard
1 cup whipping cream
Preparation
Sprinkle chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Saute chicken breasts in butter until done. Remove chicken. Add wine. Turn to high. Reduce to half. Add mustard. Mix well. Stir in cream. Turn to high. Reduce to half. Sauce should coat back of spoon. Spoon over chicken pieces. Serve
