Ingredients
4 chicken breasts
Italian dressing
1.5 cups rice
1 cup shredded cheddar
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
Preparation
Cook rice Bake chicken breasts in oven with Italian dressing Dice chicken in to bite-size pieces Spread rice evenly across pan and distribute chicken Add mayo, lemon juice and curry powder Sprinkle cheese over dish Mix 1/4 cup bread crumbs with melted butter and spread over dish
Bake for 25 minutes @ 350 degrees
