Ingredients

1/2 cup light mayonaise

1/2 cup plain light yogurt

3/4 teaspoon curry powder

3 cups diced, cooked chicken

1 1/2 cxups red seedless grapes (cut in half)

3/4 cups celery (chopped)

1/3 cup green onions (sliced with tops)

2 granny smith apples (cored and sliced)

1/3 cups chopped pecans

Preparation

Mix all ingredients except apples and pecans. let sit in covered container in refrigerator overnight to get a nice curry flavor. Dice in the apples and pecans about an hour before serving.
