Ingredients
6 Chicken Breasts cooked and cubed. Chill
2 Cups chopped celery
1 Cup Cashew Nuts
1 Cup Red Seedless Grapes
1 Can Water Chestnuts diced
ADD RIGHT BEFORE SERVING
1 large Can Chow Mein Noodles
1 package frozen peas (optional)
Diced Pineapple
Dressing
3 Tablespoons White Wine
2 Tablespoons Pineapple Juice
2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
1 ½ Tablespoons Curry Powder
2 teaspoons Soy Sauce
1 teaspoon Onion Powder
2 cups Mayonnaise added last
Preparation
You can cook the chicken and mix the first five ingredients together and chill overnight. Make Salad dressing night before as well. Toss dressing with salad ingredients and then add mayo. Add chow mein noodles last
