Ingredients
1 med. onion, chopped (1/2 onion)
2 cloves garlic (1/8 t. dried)
1/3 c. flour (2 1/2 T.)
2 T. curry powder (1 T.)
2 t. chicken bouillon, instant (1 t.)
1/8 t. cayenne pepper (pinch)
2 chicken breast (boneless) (1 chicken breast)
2 c. milk (1 c.)
rice
(halved recipe in parenthesis)
Preparation
Cook onions and garlic in microwave two minutes or until onion is clear. Stir in flour, curry powder, chicken bouillon and cayenne pepper. Cook 2 minutes. Stir in milk. Cook until thickened. Stir in chicken and warm through. Serve over rice. Can serve with raisins and shredded coconut.
