Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, cut into pieces

1/2 cup flour (almond flour)

1/2 cup margarine

1-2 tsp curry powder

1/4 tsp pepper & 1 tsp salt

3 cups milk (almond milk)

Preparation

  1. Heat margarine until melted
  2. Add flour, salt, pepper, & curry and boil for 1 minute
  3. Add milk & chicken and heat through
  4. Simmer 20-30 minutes, adding broth as needed
  5. Serve over rice with bananas, pineapple, raisins, peanuts, coconut, apples
