Ingredients

1 bag frozen corn

1 can black beans with juice

1 jar salsa ( I use Hannaford - black bean and corn-mild)

2 cans diced tomatoes

1 Tbls. Fresh or 1 heaping teasp. dry cilantro or other herbs of choice

4 boneless chicken breasts (salt & pepper the chicken)

Preparation

Place breasts at bottom, then all other ingredients.

I cooked it on high for 2hrs., then 4 hrs. on low.

Pour ½ cups brown rice ( I use the Success fully cooked) on plate, then spoon chicken mixture on top.
