Ingredients
2 T. butter
8 oz. sliced fresh mushrooms
1 M. chopped onion
2-14 oz. can chicken broth
1-16 oz. frozen corn
2 C. cooked chicken breast
1 C. condensed cream of chicken soup
1/2 C. orzo
1/2 t. basil
1/2 t. thyme
1 C. milk
1 T. sugar
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
2 T flour
Preparation
Cook onions and mushrooms in butter. Add 10 ingredients to chicken broth (not milk and flour). Simmer 10 minutes. Stir milk and flour in small bowl. Then add to rest of mixture. Add mushrooms and onions and simmer until ready to eat.
