chopped garlic to taste
onion to taste
2 cans creamed corn
niblet corn - canned or frozen
1.5 cups chicken stock
2 cups half and half
2 cups shredded monterey jack
1 can green chilies
1 can chopped jalapenos
1.5 t cumin
4 T butter
tabasco to taste

Preparation
