2 small onions, chopped

2 cloves garlic, chopped

1 lb. bag of frozen yellow sweet corn

1 lb. bag of frozen white sweet corn

1 12 oz. can chicken broth

3/4 C milk

Boneless chicken breasts

Saute the onions and 2 cloves garlic.

Throw in the corn, but set aside some kernels to throw in the soup at the end.

Saute 5 minutes.

Add 3/4 can chicken broth till it barely covers the corn.

Simmer 15-20 minutes.

Let cool.

Pour 3/4 cup milk in to cool it.

Puree in cuisinart - if it’s too thick, add more milk or chicken broth.

Grill the chicken, cube, then throw in to the pureed mixture (or, alternatively, bake the chicken, cut up, and add when soup is done)

Add salt and pepper to taste

Put cajun seasoning in it if desired.
