Ingredients

12 slices deli cut chicken breast

12 slices shaved ham

12 slices baby lace Swiss cheese

12 egg roll skins

1/2 teaspoon corn starch

1 teaspoon water

clarified butter or a butter spray

Mustard or dipping sauce of your choice.

Preparation

Preheat oven to 300º F.

Mix the water and corn starch to make a paste. Place an egg roll skin on a sheet of waxed paper and layer it with chicken, ham and cheese leaving 3/4" of shin uncovered. Starting from the covered end roll it up and put a little paste on the end to seal. Repeat with remaining slices.

Spray a cookie sheet with a nonstick spray. Spray or coat egg rolls with butter. Place egg roll on cookie sheet and bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until skins are golden brown and crisp.

Serve with mustard or favorite dipping sauce.
