Ingredients

8 ounces poached chicken breast

8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature

2 tablespoons mango chutney

1 teaspoon curry powder

2 tablespoons grated onion

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup slivered almonds, toasted

Preparation

Blend all ingredients besides almonds. Place in au gratin dish and sprinkle with almonds. Bake at 350’ for 15 minutes. Serve with crackers.
