Ingredients
3 large chicken breasts
1 small can tomato paste
1 large can diced tomato
basil
1-2 cloves garlic
1 green pepper
1 yellow onion
Preparation
Cube the chicken and pan fry it in olive oil, adding salt and pepper as you prefer Dice the green pepper and onion Mince the garlic Put everything in a pot, bring to a boil then simmer 15-20 minutes (meat has already been cooked but flavor will get better with a longer simmer.)
