Ingredients
9 chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup butter
1 12 ounce carton sour cream
2 rolls Ritz crackers
1/2 cup butter
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
Preparation
Cook chicken breasts in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Cool and shred. Place in oiled 9 x 13 cake pan. Mix soup with 1/4 cup butter and sour cream. Mix well and pour over chicken. Crush crackers and mix with 1/2 cup butter. Sprinkle over casserole. then sprinkle poppy seeds on top of caserole.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
