Ingredients
4 whole chicken breasts - boiled and shredded
2 cans cream of chicken or mushroom soup
16oz sour cream
3/4 cup chicken broth
2 sleeves of Ritz crackers
1 stick butter melted
Preparation
Mix soup, sour cream, and broth together. Grease a glass baking dish. Layer chicken and liquid mixture in 4 layers. Crush the crackers and mix with melted butter. Top casserole with cracker mixture and bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.
Can be frozen before baking.
