Ingredients

1 lb linguine

2 teaspoons olive oil

2 garlic cloves, minced

6 slices of proscuitto, chopped

4 eggs

2 1/2 cups whipping cream

1 cup parmesan

small bag of frozen peas

2 tablespoons dried parsley

1 rotisserie chicken, shredded

1 onion, chopped finely

Preparation

CREAM SAUCE: whipping cream, parmesan, eggs, and parsley

cook linguine al dente, until tender then set aside

PREHEAT OVEN TO 200

-heat oil in large frying pan MEDIUM HEAT -add proscuitto, onion, and garlic until brown and crisp, 8 minutes and cool MAKE CREAM SAUCE

  • add chicken and peas to the pan with proscuitto and stir to combine, as well as cream sauce and mix with linguine SEASON WITH SALT AND PEPPER sprinkle cheese on top

cover with foil bake for 10 minutes remove foil and bake another 10 minutes
