Ingredients

½ cup prepared sushi rice

3 ounces chicken tenders, grilled and cut into 4" x ¼" strips

3 ounces Romaine hearts, shredded

1½ Tablespoons Caesar dressing

1 Tablespoon Parmasan-Reggiano cheese, shredded

2 ounces prepared fried onions

1 Origami Foods Broccoli Wrap

Preparation

Toss chicken tenders with Caesar dressing and Parmasan-Reggiano Place Origami Broccoli Wrap shiny side down. Lay in rice, Romaine, then dressed chicken tenders. Roll and cut into 8 pieces. Top each piece with fried onions.

Serve with Citrus Soy Sauce
