Ingredients

9 ounces boneless, skinless chicken breast

3 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

Caesar dressing (see Dressings)

1-1/2 ounces fat-free Parmesan cheese, grated

1 cup low-fat croutons

Preparation

  1. Cook chicken breast as desired and slice across the grain.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the lettuce with 3 tablespoons of Caesar dressing. Top with chicken, Parmesan cheese, and croutons.
