2 Tbsp Butter

1 16 oz. jar Marinara sauce (Sinatra’s)

1 med onion (chopped)

2 cloves garlic (minced)

1 bell pepper (chopped)

6 oz. mushrooms

Bay leaf

salt, pepper, sugar, tabasco and nutmeg to taste

2Tbsp dry white wine, 2 Tbsp water, 2 Tbsp flour (blended)

Flour Chicken Brown chicken in olive oil/butter Brown Mushrooms Combine ingredients in slow cooker 5 hours on slow Remove and discard bay leaf and chicken bones Serve with spaghetti
