Ingredients

Boneless chicken breasts

1 cup flour

1 med onion finely chopped.

2 large cloves garlic minced

1/4 cup olive oil

1/4 cup tomato paste

1/2 cup white wine

1 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

3/4 cup chicken broth

1 bay leaf

1/8 tsp tyme

1/2 tsp basil

1/8 tsp marjoram

1/2 tsp oregano

2 tbsp chopped parsley

parmesan reggiano cheese

Preparation

Dredge pices of chicken with flour and brown on med.high heat in olive oil. Set chicken aside when browned. Saute onions until soft, then add minced garlic for a minute. Add remaining ingredients except cheese. Simmer, covered for 1 to 2 hrs.
