Ingredients

6 boneless, skinless chicken breast cut into pieces

1 can crushed tomatoes

1 box stuffing mix

1 1/2 cup shredded cheese

basil

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400. Cut chicken breasts into 1 1/2 inch pieces and put in 8 1/2" by 11" casserole dish. Layer shredded cheese over chicken. In separate bowl mix stuffing mix and canned tomatoes. Layer over chicken and cheese. Sprinkle with basil. Cook for 35 minutes at 400.
