Ingredients

3 Florettes Broccoli

2 Boneless Chicken Breasts (diced)

1 Onion Chopped

1 Tin (8 ounce) Sliced Water Chestnuts

2 Cups Grated Cheddar Cheese

1 Box Croutons

1 Can (10 ounce) Cream of Chicken Soup

1 Cup Mayonaise

2 Tablespoons Curry Powder

1 1/2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice

Preparation

  1. Mix curry sauce - mayonnaise, cream of chicken soup, curry powder and lemon juice.
  2. Brown diced chicken breasts with chopped onions.
  3. Layer all ingredients in a casserole dish.
  4. Layer 1 - chicken and onions.
  5. Layer 2 - broccoli.
  6. Layer 3 - water chestnuts.
  7. Layer 4 - curry sauce.
  8. Bake in oven (casserole dish) for 30 minutes at 350 degrees F with lid on.
  9. Add layer of grated cheese.
  10. Cover with croutons.
  11. Bake for additional 10 minutes (no lid)
