Ingredients

½ cup reduced fat mayonnaise

½ cup light sour cream

2 tsp sugar

2 tsp cider vinegar

Dash garlic powder

Cracked black pepper

1/3rd tsp sea salt

1 tbsp Worchester sauce

6 chicken breast tenderloins, poached and diced

1 bag broccoli flowerettes,blanched and cooled

1/2 c seedless red grapes, sliced in half

1 apple, diced

¼ c red onion, diced

1/3rd c blanched toasted almonds, chopped

4 strips crispy cooked bacon, cooked and crumbled

6 oz crumbled blue cheese, crumbled

Preparation

Make dressing by combining mayo, sour cream, garlic powder, black pepper, sea salt, Worchester sauce in a large bowl until smooth and sugar is dissolved.

Add chicken through blue cheese and gently stir to coat. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to 2 hours, then serve.
