Ingredients
1 oz couscous
0.5 oz almond flakes
1 tablespoon raisins
2 tablespoon cilantro- finally chopped
2 onions
garlic
olive oil
cinnamon
nutmeg
oregano
salt and pepper
4 big chicken breasts
vegetable oli
Preparation
Preheat oven to 450 F. Cook the couscous - directions on the box. Chop onions. Heat oil in a medium skillet and cook onions until soft. Add almonds, raisins, and garlic. Add a little cinnamon, nutmeg, and 2 tablespoons of the cilantro. Add oregano, salt and pepper.Take the skillet off of the cooktop. Add couscous.
Cut the chicken breast so you will have a pocket. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Stuff the chicken breast with couscous stuffing. Put chicken breasts in the baking pan. Bake approx. 10-15 ( or until chicken is ready).
