Ingredients

4 boned and skinned chicken breasts

1 can Cream of Shrimp soup (low salt)

1/2 cup sour cream

salt to taste

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1 teaspoon minced onion

1/4 cup sherry

Preparation

  1. Braise chicken breasts in oil and place in a single layer in flat oven casserole

  2. Combine soup, sour cream, salt, pepper, onion and sherry. Pour over chicken.

  3. Bake uncovered at 325F for 45 minutes.
