Ingredients

500g minced chicken meat

1 tbs flour

1 squash, grated (about 350g)

1 bunch fresh basil

.5-1 dl milk

freshly ground salt & pepper

50 pine nuts, crushed

Oil for frying

Preparation

Mix together all the ingredients, let stand for 30 mins. Warm up the oil in a deep pan or wok. Form small balls or patties with the chicken mix and fry them in the oil until golden, turning several times. Be careful not to cook too many at a time or they will not fry properly.

Take out when cooked and let drip a bit on paper towels.
