Ingredients

Pan grease

3/4 c. rice

1 can cream of chicken

1 can water

1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken

1 head of broccoli

1 can cheese soup

Preparation

Grease 13x9 pan. Sprinkle 3/4 c. rice on bottom of pan. Mix 1 can cream of chicken with 1 can of water. Spread 1/2 of diluted cream of chicken over rice. Add 1 lb. of boneless skinless chicken pieces. Add fresh broccoli, remainder of cream of chicken mixture, and can of cheese soup. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 90 minutes.
