Ingredients

-4 oz cream cheese

-1/4 C chopped green onions

-4 boneless chicken breasts, pounded flat

-Salt and pepper (to taste)

-8 strips of bacon

Preparation

  1. Mix cream cheese and green onions, and roll mixture into 4 separate balls
  2. Salt and pepper chicken
  3. Place one ball in the center of each pounded chicken breast and roll up (secure with a toothpick)
  4. Wrap bacon around chicken-cover all 4 sides (secure with another toothpick)
  5. Bake at 350º for 40-45 minutes
