Ingredients
1 teaspoon canola oil
2 corn tortillas
1/4 avocado, sliced
1 ounce cooked chicken breast
1 leaf lettuce, shredded
2 teaspoons salsa
2 teaspoons minced cilantro
Preparation
heat the oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. cook the tortillas for about 1 minute on each side. transfer the tortillas to a work surface. build sandwich with remaining ingredients. roll, cut in half, and serve.
