Ingredients

tablespoon sesame oil

3 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 3/4 lb.), diced

1

bag (19 oz) frozen stir-fry lo mein meal starter

4

oz fresh snow pea pods (1 cup)

3

tablespoons chopped dry-roasted peanuts

Preparation

Heat oil in large skillet or wok over medium-high heat until hot. Add chicken; cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes or until no longer pink in center. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.

In same skillet, mix contents of meal starter and pea pods. Cover; cook 7 to 10 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender and sauce chips are melted. Return chicken to skillet; mix well. Cook and stir until thoroughly heated. Sprinkle with peanuts.
