Ingredients

2 chicken breasts cubed

1/2 of a green pepper diced or julienned

1/2 of a red pepper diced or julienned

1/2 of a white onion diced

1 tsp basil

1 tsp oregano

1 tsp rosemary

1 12 ounce can diced italian tomatoes

1/2 box Farfalle or any pasta you choose

extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

Boil water for pasta and cook until aldente. Sautee diced chicken in a pan with oil until outside is brown. In a separte pan sautee peppers and onions in oil until crisp. Season with basil, oregano, and rosemary. Add diced tomatoes and chicken to peppers and onions and cook through. If needed, add extra seasoning to taste. Drain pasta and add to mixture. Serve while hot.
