Ingredients
2 lbs. chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 small diced onion
1 pint sour cream
1 can mushroom pieces
1 box of stuffing
Preparation
Place cooked chicken in the bottom of a 9 x 13" pan. Mix the remaining ingredients together and pour over the chicken. Top w/ the stuffing. Bake @ 350 degrees for 50 - 60 minutes
