Ingredients
Chicken (1lb, cut into 1/2" pieces)
Olive oil ( 2 tbsp)
Minced garlic (2 tsp)
Onion (1 medium, diced)
Tomatoes and liquid (diced or chopped,1 quart)
Hot sauce (1/4 tsp)
Rice (1 cup uncooked)
Green pepper (1/4 diced)
Soy sauce (1 tbsp)
Preparation
Brown chicken in oil and set aside. Cook onion, garlic, peppers and tomatoes, then add chicken and hot sauce. Cook on low for 30 minutes or until rice is fully cooked.
