Ingredients
2 chicken breasts halved
2 tablespoons white wine
2 teaspoons flour
½ cup chicken broth
1 lemon squeezed
4 medium mushrooms sliced
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Mixed white wine and flour together, for 2 large chicken breasts I used a touch more flour and wine and about a quarter cup more broth. Mix in more flour for a creamier sauce. Shortly after I added the sliced mushrooms and lemon juice and cooked all together in a saucepan until the mixture was bubbling and the mushrooms were cooking down. I then added the chicken and cooked it in the sauce covered.
