Ingredients

2 lbs. chicken breast boneless

1cup gorgonzola cheese

1 qt. 1/2 and 1/2

1/4 cup olive oil

2 TBLS. minced garlic

8 oz. sliced mushrooms

1 bunch broccoli

salt and pepper to taste

flour

1 cup shredded parmesan

Preparation

cut up chicken into 2 inch pieces dredge in flour. heat oil in pan sautee’chicken and mushrooms. add garlic and broccoli florets cook 3-4 min add 1/2 and 1/2. bring to full rolling boil add gorgonzola and 1/2 of parmesan stirring constantly remove from heat, serve over pasta of your choice sprinkle with remaining parmesan
