Ingredients

4 boneless chicken breast on the bone

1/2 medium onion 4 green onions chopped

4 garlic cloves 2 stalks celery leafy heart chopped

2 medium cans chicken broth 2 cans water = to broth

1 stick butter salt to taste

pepper - to taste 2 cups bisquick

1 cup milk Bayou Magic roux mix

Preparation

1/ combine water broth and butter in large pot, bring to boil 2. Add all seasonings and chicken breast 3. Bring to boil - let boil 20 minutes - reduce heat and simmer 1 hour 4. Remove chicken breast and cut into bite size pieces 5. Make dumplings according to recipe on bisquick box 6. Cut dumpling into 1"x 3/4" rectangles 7..Add chicken to stock 8. Add dumplings one by one to mixture while boiling 9. Mix Bayou Magic with 1 cup of water, then add this to the mixture in pot. 10. Reheat and simmer for 30 minutes
