Ingredients

2 large cans white meat chicken

or 2 cooked chicken breasts,

cubed

1 can chicken noodle soup

1 soup can milk 2%

1/2 soup can water

1 sm package biscuit mix (prepare as directed)

flour

1/8 tsp fresh ground black pepper

1/2 tsp dried parsley

Preparation

Prepare biscuit mix, and by teaspoon, divide into small portions and flour very well (this will help to thicken soup mixture), set aside. In dutch oven, combine soup, chicken, water, milk, pepper, parsley over low to low medium heat until just simmering. Add biscuit dumplings one at a time, stirring constantly. When all dumplings are added, cover and turn heat off.
