Ingredients
1/2 cup Dried Cranberries
3 tbsps Olive Oil
1 tbsp Lime juice
3 cups Sliced smoked chicken breast
1/3 cup Toasted almonds
3 Celery ribs, sliced
1/4 cup Fresh cilantro
Preparation
Soak cranberries in a bowl of warm water for 15min, drain and chop
Whisk together oil and lime juice in med bowl
Add cranberries and remaining ingredients
Salt & pepper to taste
Toss to coat
