Ingredients
a cup of cheese (any kind, I use Mozzarella)
one personal sized tortilla
5 slices of chicken breast (add or subtract if you like)
Preparation
- Get your tortilla and sprinkle the cheese on it.
- Layer the chicken breast on top of the cheese
- Fold in half carefully.
- Toast in conventional oven for about 5 minutes.
- Cut in half to make two triangles.
- Eat!!
