Ingredients
1 bag shredded cheddar cheese
2 cans cream of chicken soup
3/4 cup mayonaise
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 packages frozen broccoli
1 lb chicken cutlets
Preparation
- Brown chicken
- Add a little water to pot to defrost broccoli.
- Combine mayo, lemon juice, and cream of chicken.
- Layer chicken, broccoli, and mix, top with cheese.
- Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
